Many minor-to-moderate surgical procedures can be performed within our office’s comfortable and sterile operating room, while more complex or extensive procedures may need to be performed at a nearby surgical center.
Our doctors have extensive training and experience in a wide range of surgical procedures, including:
- Bunion corrections, including comprehensive Lapiplasty bunion surgery and minimally invasive bunion procedures.
- Hammertoe correction
- Severe flatfoot correction

Dr. Darren Elenburg is a highly trained and credentialed foot and ankle surgeon. He has more than two decades of experience and is dedicated to studying improvements and new techniques as they develop.
After earning his degree, Dr. Elenburg completed a 4-year surgical residency – most podiatrists train for only two or three years. He is board-certified in both foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons.
Our practice applies both traditional techniques and advanced surgical procedures to achieve the best results for each of our patients. Our goal is to provide our patients surgical options that are less costly, require fewer incisions or invasive elements, and heal faster than more traditional open surgeries.
