Congratulations! Given that you are here on our website, you have already started your path to healthy, happy feet. That is an excellent move. Many people neglect those valuable appendages down at the bottom of their legs, but you are taking steps to keep them healthy and that’s fantastic.

One of our goals here at Foot & Ankle Center of Oklahoma is to make your new patient experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Doing so enables us to focus on our primary goal – restoring your health with effective treatment for the foot or ankle condition that is causing you pain. The best way for us to start on this journey together is to help walk you through the initial appointment.

Your First Appointment—What to Bring

To make sure that you can see Darren Elenburg, DPM, or any of our skilled professionals as quickly as possible, please bring with you:

  • Your completed new patient packet
  • Your ID and current insurance cards
  • A list of your current medications (including over-the-counter vitamins, supplements, etc.)

For our new patients with diabetes, please make sure that you can provide us with the name of the doctor monitoring your diabetes and the date you last saw him or her.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept most insurances, including an assortment of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Want to make sure we participate with yours? Simply call our friendly staff and we can help you out.

Our office is one of over 175,000 nationwide that accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card with several financing options that allows you to pay for treatment right away and then make monthly payments later. You can learn more or apply for a CareCredit card here.

We also accept cash, other credit cards, or personal checks.

Scheduling Appointments

You have many options when it comes to choosing a foot and ankle specialist in Oklahoma City, so we are pleased to make the appointment request as easy as possible for you. If you’d prefer to make one via phone, perhaps when you call about insurance, you can certainly do so. You can reach our office at 405-463-6700. If you would rather schedule a visit online, no problem! We have a form right here so you can do that as well.

Please keep in mind that we do have a cancellation policy – if you have to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time, we may impose a $30 fine. You can avoid this by just providing a little more notice if you need to change your appointment.
